Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
All opened returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form (RMA) issued by Hey Now Movement and are subject to a 15% opened item charge. To request an RMA form, please contact us via email. All opened items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. When you return your item, follow the mailing instructions on the RMA. It is recommended that you insure your return with the postal service. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected items. If you paid your order with a credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on the next billing statement after the return is received.

Any missing shipments must be reported with 30 days of the order date.
